Gay Pride 2005

On 6th august we had the Amsterdam Gay Pride with as highlight: the canal Parade...at times it rained but terribly so. We watched the parade from in front of the Pulitzer Hotel on the Prinsengracht and at the end just followed the parade with tons of other little boats. It was extremely busy but yet very civilized.
Hopefully they have a more critical selection of the boats that can partake where theme and appearance are concerned. It was rather dull this year.
